Instructions
- In the bottom of an empty cocktail shaker, muddle together ginger, bitters, and lemon slices.
Fill the shaker with ice and pour over Martinelli’s Apple Juice. Shake well.
Strain into a double old-fashioned glass filled with ice. Top with ginger beer. Garnish and serve.
