Dinner is almost ready. The candles are lit, the table is set, your sides actually came out deliciously, and your beautiful ham is glistening. Your timing on putting together this meal was impeccable. Job well done.
As you gather everyone at the table to show off your fine cooking skills and begin to place the gravy bowl on the table, you abruptly stop. You totally blanked on the dressing for the ham! Grandpa Rick will never forgive an undressed slice of ham.
Combine juice, honey and cider vinegar in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in rest of the ingredients. Serve on the side or drizzle before serving.
