Serves 1

Fruity, bright, slightly sweet, floral, refreshing, and aromatic. Goes down easy! The sweetness level can be modified by adding more or less Martinelli’s and seltzer. Want a drier mocktail? Add more seltzer and hold the honey! The combo of these ingredients is harmonious and the perfect summer refresher. Great for picnics, backyard BBQs, the beach, and mocktail hour by the pool. Make the base ahead and add Martinelli’s and seltzer right before serving. Easy peasy-lemon squeezy!

Instructions

  1. Prepare the honey syrup: Mix 2 parts honey with 1 part boiling water. Stir until the honey is completely dissolved. Allow the mixture to cool before use. Once cooled, transfer the honey syrup to a sealed container and refrigerate it. The honey syrup can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
  2. Start by adding honey and lemon juice to the bottom of a stemmed wine glass. Pour in Martinelli’s and seltzer.
  3. Add lots of ice to the glass. Briefly stir the ingredients together.
  4. To garnish, place raspberries, sliced strawberries, a lemon wheel, and 1 sprig of fresh mint inside the glass on top of the cocktail.
  5. Serve with a straw and enjoy!
