Instructions

  1. Prepare the dressing by adding all ingredients to a jar and whisk or shake vigorously (shake or whisk again before pouring over salad)
  2. Assemble the salad. Arrange the spring mix in a bowl, then layer the radishes, avocado, butter beans, peas, and feta cheese. Top with chopped parsley.
  3. Pour over the desired amount of dressing, serve and enjoy!
