In 30 minutes or less you can be sipping on this refreshing Raspberry Smash Mocktail! Fresh fruit and Sparkling Blush are combined with a homemade ginger syrup for a sweet mocktail everyone can enjoy. Cheers!
- Bring ginger, sugar, and water to a simmer in a small saucepan over medium heat, stirring until sugar has dissolved, then gently simmer, uncovered, 20 minutes. Strain and then cool to room temperature.
- Muddle the raspberries and mint together in the bottom of the glass. Add in the lemon, ginger syrup and Martinelli’s Sparkling Blush. Mix together with a spoon. Add ice and mix together one last time. Garnish with additional raspberries and sprig of mint. Enjoy!
