A unique twist on the classic Paloma. Slightly less tart and bitter, and a little more juicy and sweet. The combination of the apple, lime, grapefruit, and tajin hits all the senses! Sweet, spicy, salty, tart, and refreshing. Perfect for a summer day. Reminiscent of the popular Mexican snack: a big bowl of freshly cut fruit such as apples and oranges kissed with fresh lime juice and topped generously with Tajin. SABROSA! YUM!


  1. Mix tajin & salt together on a small plate, and set aside.
  2. Add tequila, Pamplemousse, lime, and grapefruit in cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously.
  3. Get a pint like glass and strain over ice.
  4. Top with Martinelli’s Sparkling Cider and stir briefly.
  5. Moisten half of the rim of the glass using the lime wedge.
  6. Dip the moistened rim of the glass into the Tajin and salt mixture, ensuring it is generously coated.
  7. Add 1 wheel of fresh grapefruit, place inside glass against one side, slightly curved. 
  8. Cut three apple slices and fan them out on top of the cocktail.
