This succulent shrimp recipe is perfect for serving to guests or family and is so easy to make. With prep time of just 15 minutes and cook time even shorter, you’ll be serving this delicious dish over brown rice in just 25 minutes!


  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of Ghee in a large skillet. Add the garlic and ginger until fragrant.

  2. Add Martinelli’s Sparkling Cider to the skillet and cook until slightly reduced. Then add all remaining broth ingredients and cook for about 5 minutes over low heat to meld the flavors.
  3. Next add the shrimp and cook for about 5 minutes. Then add the carrot and cilantro and remove from heat.
  4. To build your dish, start with a small layer of brown rice on a plate or shallow bowl, then top with the zucchini noodles, spoon over the shrimp and broth, then garnish with black sesame seeds and serve warm (or cold)!
