- Heat 1 tablespoon of Ghee in a large skillet. Add the garlic and ginger until fragrant.
- Add Martinelli’s Sparkling Cider to the skillet and cook until slightly reduced. Then add all remaining broth ingredients and cook for about 5 minutes over low heat to meld the flavors.
- Next add the shrimp and cook for about 5 minutes. Then add the carrot and cilantro and remove from heat.
- To build your dish, start with a small layer of brown rice on a plate or shallow bowl, then top with the zucchini noodles, spoon over the shrimp and broth, then garnish with black sesame seeds and serve warm (or cold)!
