Every day is a black-tie affair with this elevated mocktail made with Martinelli’s Sparkling Blush, lemon, rose water, and raspberries.

For an extra dazzle add in rose-shaped ice cube (using a small mold), garnished with fresh rose petals, dried rosebuds, and edible glitter.


  1. Before you begin the recipe, place an extra-large coupe in the freezer or fridge to chill.
  2. Measure and pour all ingredients into the coupe.
  3. Garnish by adding raspberries on a skewer, dried mini rose buds, fresh rose petals, and pink edible glitter. Optionally, create rose-shaped ice cubes using a small mold to enhance the presentation.
