A refreshing, non-alcoholic elixir made with fresh carrot juice, Martinelli’s Sparkling Cider, maple syrup, ginger, lemon, topped with fresh dill and edible gold dust.


  1. Begin using a vegetable juicer to juice fresh carrots and ginger.
  2. In a large collin glass, measure and pour all liquid ingredients into the glass.
  3. Add ice to the top of the glass and stir.
  4. For garnish, add generous handfuls of fresh dill. Place a slice of cara cara orange in the glass and sprinkle the drink generously with edible gold dust.
