Directions

  1. Add rolled oats, almond milk, apple juice, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, cinnamon and diced apples to a jar
  2. Mix together until combined
  3. Seal with a lid and store in the refrigerator overnight
  4. When ready to eat, remove the lid and stir the oats (Add splash of almond milk for a thinner consistency, optional) 
  5. Add diced apples with a sprinkle of cinnamon to the top and enjoy!
