This spiced Martinelli’s and Yes! Apples mocktail combines fresh EverCrisp apples with sparkling apple cider for a festive, celebratory sip!
Instructions
- Prepare the ice cubes by thinly slicing one apple with a mandolin.
- Place the apples in a cupcake tin, overlapping slightly until a flower forms and fill to the top with Martinelli’s Sparkling Cider.
- Freeze for at least 5 hours until frozen solid.
- Chop one apple into small cubes and heat over medium heat with cinnamon, ginger and 1/2 cup Martinelli’s Sparkling Cider. Cook until the apples are soft and tender. Muddle until the apples are soft and the juice has released.
- Strain the muddled apples into a glass, add an apple cube, and top with more Martinelli’s Sparkling Cider to serve.
