Sparkling Blush, Martinelli’s newest taste sensation, is mixed with your favorite rosé wine, a zesty honey-ginger syrup and sparkling water to create a bubbly, summertime, low-ABV cocktail.
The easy-to-make honey-ginger syrup should be prepared a few hours before cocktail time to give it plenty of time to cool. We also recommend quadrupling the recipe and keeping the extra in the fridge for your next happy hour.

Ginger Apple Spritzer
1-inch Fresh Ginger, peeled and sliced
¼ C Honey
½ C Water
3 C Martinelli’s Sparkling Blush
3 C Rosé wine
12 oz Sparkling Water
- In a small saucepan over high heat, bring honey, water and ginger to a boil. Once honey is dissolved, remove from heat and let steep for 15 minutes. Remove ginger and cool completely.
- In a pitcher, combine honey ginger syrup, Martinelli’s Sparkling Blush, rosé wine and sparkling water. Stir to combine.
- Divide between four glasses and garnish with thinly sliced apples.
