In the bottom of an empty cocktail shaker, muddle ginger, bitters and lemon slices. Fill the shaker with ice and add the Martinelli’s Apple Juice. Shake well and strain into a double old-fashioned glass or a Moscow mule mug and top with ginger beer. Garnish with apple and lemon slices as a finishing touch.

Ingredients
1-inch fresh ginger, peeled and sliced
2 shakes angostura bitters
2 lemon slices
3 oz. Martinelli’s Apple Juice
5 oz. ginger beer
Lemon and apple slices for garnish
Instructions
- In the bottom of an empty cocktail shaker, muddle together ginger, bitters and lemon slices.
- Fill the shaker with ice and add Martinelli’s Apple Juice. Shake well.
- Strain into a double old-fashioned glass or Moscow mule mug filled with ice. Top with ginger beer. Garnish and serve.
