Breakfast Açaí Bowl

Serves: 2


½ cup plain or Greek yogurt
¾ cup Martinelli’s apple juice
1 tsp honey
1 banana
2 tsp peanut butter
½ cup frozen blueberries
½ cup frozen strawberries
½ cup frozen açaí berries


Banana slices
Chopped apple
Chia seeds
Dark chocolate shavings (optional)


  1. Add yogurt, Martinelli’s apple juice, honey, banana, peanut butter, frozen blueberries, frozen strawberries, and açaí berries to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth, adding more apple juice as needed if the mixture is too thick.
  3. To assemble, divide the açaí base between two bowls. Top with fresh ingredients. Serve immediately.
