1 pound fresh cranberries
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1-1/2 cups Martinelli’s Cider or Apple Juice
2 sticks of cinnamon
1 teaspoon whole cloves
Boil all ingredients (except cranberries) for 5-10 minutes until the mixture is a thick jelly-like consistency, then strain. Boil cranberries separately until the skins pop and add to the strained liquid. This can be frozen for later use.
